n9999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and n9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the n9999 online betting and gaming platform, accessible at https://n9999.cam and any associated mobile or application interfaces.

n9999 is an international online betting platform targeting English-speaking users including those based in Pakistan. The platform operates under an international licence. n9999 does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial or regulatory authority. This document does not constitute legal advice.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the n9999 platform, you confirm that: (a) you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety; (b) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; and (c) you accept full responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

In these Terms, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on n9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Proof of age may be required at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident or citizen of any Restricted Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using the platform.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on n9999 or any linked platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on n9999. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Own Behalf: You must register and use the account solely on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee or nominee for any third party.

When you register an Account on n9999, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must notify us promptly if any registration information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication information. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. n9999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

• You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• You must notify n9999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Your account is personal and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person.
• n9999 reserves the right to refuse registration or close existing accounts at its discretion, particularly where fraud or eligibility concerns arise.
• All communications from n9999 will be directed to the email address provided at registration. You are responsible for keeping this address current and monitoring it for platform notices.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your n9999 Account are subject to the payment terms, minimum/maximum limits, processing times and verification requirements in force at the time of the transaction. These details are displayed in the relevant section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

Payment method references displayed on n9999 — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar local payment context for Pakistani users. These references do not constitute or imply a formal payment partnership, endorsement or affiliation with any of these providers. Available deposit and withdrawal methods are confirmed within the account payment section.

• Source of Funds: You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are legitimately owned by you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the deposit section. Illustrative minimums referenced on the platform (e.g., PKR 1,000) are examples only; actual minimums are confirmed at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawal Verification: KYC documentation must be satisfactorily completed before the first withdrawal. Additional verification may be requested for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Cryptocurrency: BTC, USDT and other supported cryptocurrencies may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network confirmations and cannot be reversed once broadcast to the blockchain.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: n9999 may require withdrawals to be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to inactivity fees as disclosed in the relevant account policy. Users will be notified in advance.

All bets placed on n9999 are subject to the market-specific rules displayed at the point of wagering, as well as the general platform betting rules set out in this section. It is the User's responsibility to review applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. Bets are binding upon confirmation.
• n9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, manipulation or other integrity violations.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and may change without notice. Stakes exceeding the permitted maximum may be partially accepted or refused.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended or closed at any time during an event.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• n9999 reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds pricing. Where a bet has been accepted at an erroneously stated price, we reserve the right to settle the bet at the correct price or void it entirely.
• Winnings are credited to your Account following official result confirmation. Processing times vary depending on the sport and market.

n9999 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and other incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible Users. Each Bonus is subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer, which take precedence over this general section where there is any inconsistency.

All bonus amounts and wagering figures referenced on n9999 — including illustrative examples such as PKR 1,000, PKR 10,000 or PKR 25,000 — are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not represent live offer terms. The binding terms of any active Bonus are those published at the time the Bonus is made available.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. These must be satisfied before any winnings attributable to Bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A maximum stake per bet applies while a Bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may result in the Bonus and any related winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. These contribution percentages are published alongside each Bonus. Slots commonly contribute at 100%; table games and live casino products may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonuses expire within a stated time window. If wagering requirements are not met before expiry, the Bonus and any related winnings are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one Bonus may be active at a time. Users should review current active Bonus status before opting into new promotions.
• Abuse: n9999 reserves the right to withdraw or void Bonuses where evidence of Bonus abuse, coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotions, or breach of Bonus terms is identified.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings generated from Bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the specific Bonus terms.

n9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides Users with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account settings dashboard.

• Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time alerts notify Users when a set duration has elapsed within a single session.
• Self-exclusion permanently or temporarily blocks a User from accessing all gambling functions. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion are subject to a minimum cooling-off period.
• n9999 will not knowingly reactivate a self-excluded account within the exclusion period and will take reasonable steps to enforce exclusion across the platform.

n9999 operates KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures in compliance with the requirements of its operating licence. These procedures are designed to verify User identity, confirm eligibility and prevent financial crime.

• KYC documentation — which may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method — may be requested at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request or at any other time deemed appropriate by n9999's compliance team.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.
• n9999 may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable AML regulations. Users are advised not to deposit funds from sources that cannot be verified as legitimate.
• Where a User's account is suspended pending KYC review, uncontested deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method following satisfactory completion of the review or account closure process.

All content on the n9999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall "look and feel" of the platform — is the property of n9999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without express prior written consent from n9999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n9999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from platform use.
• Technical interruptions, system downtime, data loss or unauthorised access events beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws governing online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Decisions you make based on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

n9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, match-fixing involvement, collusion or use of automated betting systems.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request.
• Evidence that a User is a minor or is otherwise ineligible under Section 3.
• Self-exclusion request by the User or a responsible gambling intervention.
• Legal requirement, regulatory direction or court order.

Upon termination, any outstanding legitimate balance (after deducting any Bonus funds and winnings attributable to fraudulent or ineligible play) will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which n9999 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licence jurisdiction, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

n9999 does not operate under Pakistani law and makes no representation that the platform is lawful or appropriate for use in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform is consistent with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

n9999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through the platform — this may include a notification banner, an update to the "Last Updated" date on this page, or direct communication to the email address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the n9999 platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request closure of your Account.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The version in force at any given time is the version published at https://n9999.cam/terms-conditions. Prior versions are not binding.
